Diplomová práce se zabývá Transatlantickou dohodou o obchodu a investicích a jejím vlivem na zahraniční obchod České republiky. Podrobněji popisuje obecné principy a zásady obchodních dohod a uskupení, detailněji pak zónu volného ob-chodu a zabývá se tarifními a netarifními překážkami vzájemné obchodní výměny. Zaměřuje se na možné přínosy, ale i negativa, které v souvislosti se členstvím v daném obchodním uskupení mohou mít vliv na obchodní výměnu a na chování a rozhodování vyvážejících a dovážejících firem. Blíže se pak tato práce zabývá kvalitativní analýzou objemu a struktury zahraničního obchodu České republiky a po-mocí regresní analýzy poskytuje kvantifikaci vlivu členství v zóně volného obchodu na zahraniční obchod. The Diploma thesis concerns the Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership and its impact on the foreign trade of the Czech Republic. In detail, there are de-scribed the general principles and rules of the trade treaties and formations, con-sidering the free trade zone and tariff and non-tariff barriers of the mutual trade exchange. The work focuses on the possible benefits and downsides which can oc-cur in connection with the membership in the mentioned trade formation and which can have impact on the trade exchange and on the behaviour and the deci-sion making of the exporting and importing companies. Furthermore, the work deals with the quantitative analysis of volume and the structure of the foreign trade of the Czech Republic and using the regressive analysis, there is shown the quantification of the impact of the membership in the free trade zone on the for-eign trade.
