Diplomová práce je věnována nabídkové a poptávkové straně na trhu s chmelem v České republice. Změny v tržní nabídce a poptávce jsou primárně hodnoceny v kontextu cenového vývoje na zkoumaném trhu. Při analýze je zohledněno vertikální provázání trhů, tj. napojení komoditního trhu s chmelem na zpracovatelský trh, resp. spotřebitelský trh s pivem. V návaznosti na tento cíl je sestaven model nabídky a poptávky a je kladen primární důraz na vliv tržní ceny potažmo na její vývoj. Součástí práce je také hodnocení cenové pružnosti tržní nabídky i poptávky a vyčíslení pružnosti mezitržních cenových přenosů. The diploma thesis is devoted to the supply and demand side of the hop market in the Czech Republic. Changes in market supply and demand are primarily assessed in the context of price developments in the researched market. The analysis con-siders the vertical interconnection of markets, i. e. the connection of the commodi-ty market with hops to the processing market, respectively consumer beer mar-ket. In connection with this goal, a model of supply and demand is developed, and the primary emphasis is focused on the influence of the market prices and on their development within the commodity vertical of hop. Part of the work is also the evaluation of price elasticity of market supply and demand and the resulting elasticity of intermarket price transfers.
