Předmětem této bakalářské práce je vypracování návrhu rodinného domu na konkrétním pozemku, který se nachází v obci Dukovany. Investor si pro zhotovení návrhu zvolil konstrukci rámové dřevostavby. Tento rodinný dům je zpracován podle současných legislativních a normových požadavků, které jsou platné v České republice. Bylo vypracováno několik dispozičních variant, z nichž si investor vybral jednu, pro kterou je zpracována výkresová dokumentace. Se souhlasem majitele sousedního pozemku se stavba nachází ve vzdálenosti menší než 2 metry od hranice pozemku. Díky územnímu plánu obce je vhodné respektovat venkovský charakter okolní zástavby a dodržet základní požadavky pro začlenění stavby do tohoto prostředí. Část práce je věnována výkresové dokumentaci stavby, výpočtu prostupu tepla, vizualizaci stavby a orientační ceně stavby. The subject of this bachelor’s thesis is to conceive a project of a family house on a specific estate located in the village of Dukovany. The investor chose a frame structure of a wooden building (house) for the project. This family house is processed according to current legislative and standard requirements valid in the Czech Republic. Several variants of layout were developed from which the investor chose one for which the project documentation was prepared. The building is located in a distance lesser than 2 meters from a border of a neighboring estate. Thanks to the local plan of the village it is necessary to respect the rural character of the surrounding buildings and to observe the basic requirements for the integration of the building into this environment. This bachelor’s thesis contains project documentation of the building, calculation of heat transfer, visualization of the building itself and approximate price of the building.
