Cílem diplomové práce je prostřednictvím klasických a moderních ukazatelů na-vrhnout zlepšení výkonnosti zemědělského podniku AGRO Rozstání, družstvo. Diplomová práce je rozdělena na dvě základní části, a to na teoretická východiska práce a vlastní řešení a návrhy. Teoretická část tvoří ucelený přehled poznatků z českých a zahraničních zdrojů týkajících se jednotlivých metod hodnocení vý-konnosti. V druhé části práce jsou tyto metody aplikovány v praxi. V závěru diplomové práce jsou navržena opatření, která by měla sloužit ke zlep-šení situace analyzovaného podniku, potažmo jsou zde také uvedeny postupy, které lze aplikovat na podobně zaměřené podniky v odvětví zemědělství. The purpose of this thesis is to suggest ways for improving the efficiency of the agricultural enterprise Agro Rozstání, cooperative by both classical and modern means. The thesis consists of two basic parts; the work s theoretical basis, solutions and recommendations. The theoretical part comprises self-contained overview from Czech as well as external sources concerned with individual efficiency assessment methods. The second part of this thesis sees these methods put into effect. The conclusion of this thesis defines arrangements devised to help the current state of affairs in the analyzed enterprise. These methods can be applied on simi-larly specialized agricultural enterprises and are thus included in this work.
