Bakalářská práce se zabývá vlivem stresu na zaměstnance firmy Provident Financial v období Covidu-19 a s tím související péče o zaměstnance. Teoretická část práce je zaměřena na oblast pracovního stresu a spokojenosti. V metodice je rozebrán popis výzkumných metod a v analytické části jsou popsány výsledky výzkumu. Závěrem je navrhnutí doporučení ke zvýšení spokojenosti zaměstnanců. Cílem bakalářské práce je prokázat souvislost snížení spokojenosti zaměstnanců ve vybrané společnosti s danými opatřeními během Covidu-19. The bachelor thesis deals with the impact of stress on the employees of the company Provident Financial during the Covid-19 pandemic and the related care for employees. The theoretical part of the thesis is focused on the area of work stress and satisfaction. In the methodology section are described the research methods and the analytical part describes the research results. The conclusion is to propose recommendations to increase employee satisfaction. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to prove the connection between the reduction of employee satisfaction in the particular company with the given measures during Covid-19.
