Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na mezidruhovou komunikací, tj. komunikace se zvířaty, a to konkrétně komunikací člověka s koněm. Cílem práce je představit možnosti využití koní pro osobnostní rozvoj výchovy žáka a zjistit jeho praktické zkušenosti na praxi. V teoretické části jsou popsány sociální organizace u koní, vývoj vztahu člověka a koně v proměnách času a osobnostní rozvoj žáků za po-mocí práce koně ze země. V praktické části práce je za pomocí kvalitativního výzkumu zjišťován vliv práce s koněm ze země na osobnostní složky výchovy a roz-voj klíčových kompetencí u vybraných žáků třetího ročníku v oboru vzdělání Jezdec a chovatel koní v SŠHS Kroměříž. Přínosem práce je zjištění, jak dobře vybraní žáci znají práci s koněm ze země, jaké možnosti práce praktikují na samotné praxi a jaký vliv může mít práce na jejich osobnostní rozvoj. The bachelor´s work is focused on interspecies communication, that means communication with animals, specifically human-horse communication. The aim of the work is to present the possibilities of using horses for the personal develop-ment of the pupil's education and to find out his practical experience in practice. The theoretical part describes the social organizations of horses, the development of the relationship between human and horse in the changes of time and personal development of pupils with the help of the work of a horse from the ground. In the practical part of the work, with the help of qualitative research is finding out the influence of working with a horse from the ground on the personality compo-nents of education and the development of key competencies in selected third-year students in the field of education rider and horse breeder in SŠHS Kroměříž. The benefit of the work is to find out how much selected students know how to work with a horse from the ground, what work opportunities they practice on the practice itself and what effect the work can have on their personal development.
