Sova, A. Hodnocení ekonomické efektivnosti investičního záměru ve společnos-ti Florcenter s .r .o. Bakalářská práce. Brno: Mendelova univerzita, 2016. Cílem této práce je rozhodnutí o přijatelnosti investice v závislosti na hodnocení ekonomické efektivnosti investičního záměru společnosti Florcenter s. r. o. Hodno-cení je založeno na technikách určené pro investiční rozhodování, především na dynamických metodách. Dynamické metody respektují faktory času, inflace, daní a míry rizika. Koncept práce je postaven na předpokladech budoucích hodnot pe-něžních toků s využitím metod čisté současné hodnoty, vnitřního výnosového pro-centa, indexu ziskovosti a diskontované doby návratnosti. Závěr této práce reflek-tuje výsledky použitých metod a poskytuje data rozhodující pro investiční rozhod-nutí. Sova, A. Evaluation of economic effectiveness of investment decision in Florcenter s. r. o. Bachelor thesis. Brno: Mendel University, 2016. The main goal of this thesis is a economic evaluation of a investment decision to the long term assets of the company. This thesis gives recommendation to management of the company for decision-making. Evaluation is based on technique for investment decisions, especially on dynamic methods. These techniques respect factors as time, inflation, tax and level of risk. The concept of thesis is built on an assumption of the future cash flows and methods like Net Present Value, Internal Rate of Return, Profitability Index and Discounted Payback Period. Conclusion reflects results of used methods and provides data related for investment decision.
