Diplomová práce se zaobírá návrhem rodinného dvojdomu se samostatnými vstupy. Jedná se o jednopodlažní dřevostavbu, která se skládá ze dvou rodinných bytů, určených pro bydlení čtyřčlenných rodin, s odlišnou dispozicí a které jsou spojeny jednou stěnou k sobě, která musí být z požárního hlediska nehořlavá. Součástí dispozice je také garáž pro osobní automobil. Jeden z bytů je řešen jako bezbariérový (levý byt). Návrh stavby je situován na konkrétní pozemky v městyse Nové Veselí, které jsou určeny k zástavně rodinných domů a nachází se v obytné zóně. Dvojdům je dispozičně řešen a orientován dle platných požadavků norem. Nosná konstrukce objektu je řešena pomocí rámové konstrukce, která se bude realizovat staveništní montáží. Součástí práce je také vyhotovení tepelně technického posouzení obvodového pláště, kdy konstrukce je navržena tak, aby vyhovovala požadavkům pro nízkoenergetické stavby. Zastřešení dvojdomu je vypracováno ve dvou variantách (primární pomocí příhradových vazníků do tvaru valbové střechy se sklonem 25° a sekundární návrh zastřešení je plochá zelená střecha se sklonem 2% s extenzivní skladbou). Výkresová část obsahuje základní, technické i výrobní výkresy včetně výkresů podrobností. Nedílnou součástí je také technický popis dvojdomu. The diploma thesis deals with the design of a semi-detached house with separate entrances. It is a one-storey wooden building, which consists of two apartments, designed for housing families of four, with different layouts. The apartments are connected to each other by one wall, which must be non-flammable from a fire point of view. The layout of the house also includes a garage for a car. One of the flats is designed as barrier-free (left flat).The design of the building is situated on specific plots of land in the town of Nové Veselí, which are intended for the construction of houses and are located in a residential zone. The semi-detached house is dispositionally designed and oriented according to the valid requirements of the standards. The load-bearing structure of the building is solved using a frame structure, which will be realized by site assembly. Part of the work is also the preparation of thermal engineering assessment of the perimeter cladding. Its structure is designed to meet the requirements for the low-energy buildings.The roof of the semi-detached house is developed in two variants (the primary one uses lattice trusses in the shape of a hip roof with a slope of 25 ° and the secondary roof design is a flat green roof with a slope of 2% with an extensive composition). The drawing part contains basic, technical and production drawings, including detail drawings. An integral part is also the technical description of the semi-detached house.
