Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na návrh doporučení pro zvýšení konkurenceschopnosti hotelu Energetic v Rožnově pod Radhoštěm. Vymezuje základní pojmy potřebné ke tvorbě strategií. Obsahuje analýzu vnějšího a vnitřního prostředí, PESTE analýzu a SWOT analýzu, které slouží k následnému návrhu vhodných doporučení pro tento hotel. This bachelor thesis is focused on proposals of increasing the competitiveness of the hotel Energetic in Rožnov pod Radhoštěm. The thesis defines the basic concepts required to create strategies. It contains an analysis of the external and internal environment, PESTE analysis and SWOT analysis, which are used for the subsequent proposals of another recommendation for this hotel.
