Diplomová práce „Estery kyseliny ftalové v balených kojeneckých vodách“ je zaměřená na stanovení koncentrace esterů kyseliny ftalové v balených kojeneckých vodách. Byly stanoveny koncentrace DBP a DEHP ve 3 druzích kojeneckých vod, které jsou volně dostupné v obchodních řetězcích v České republice. Analýza vzorků byla provedena pomocí vysokoúčinné kapalinové chromatografie (HPLC). Analýza byla prováděna od června 2021 do ledna 2022. Koncentrace DBP a DEHP ve vzorcích balených kojeneckých vod se měřila ihned po zakoupení a poté po 6 měsících skladování při předepsaných podmínkách. Koncentrace DBP ihned po zakoupení se pohybovala v rozmezí 0,66–2,77 mg·kg-1 a po 6 měsících skladování v rozmezí 1,00–3,01 mg·kg-1. Pro DEHP se koncentrace ihned po zakoupení pohybovala v rozmezí 0,07–0,300 mg·kg-1 a po 6 měsících v rozmezí 0,10–0,820mg·kg 1. Koncentrace DBP i DEHP se po 6 měsících skladování zvýšila. The thesis “Phtalic acid esters in bottled baby water” is focused on the levels of phtalic acid esters in the content of bottled baby water. Three different samples of widely sold baby waters in the Czech republic were tested and the concentration of DBP and DEHP was determined. To analyze the samples, High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) was used. The tests were carried out in the period between June of 2021 and January of 2022. The concentration of DBP and DEHP in the samples was measured immediately after the purchase and then six months later, while maintaining the prescribed conditions for storage. The concentration of DBP directly after the purchase was measured at 0,66–2,77 mg·kg-1, six months later the concentration was at 1,00–3,01 mg·kg-1. For the DEHP the values were 0,07–0,300 mg·kg-1 after the purchase and 0,10–0,820 mg·kg-1 in the second test after six months. The levels of both the DBP and DEHP were higher in the samples after six months of storage.
