Diplomová práce je zaměřena na kvantitativní posouzení citlivosti cenového vývoje na třech trzích výrobkové vertikály vepřového masa v České republice: na spotřebitelském a zpracovatelském trhu a na trhu prvovýrobců. K naplnění cíle byly vytvořeny modely mezitržních cenových závislostí, z nichž byly získány koe-ficienty pružnosti cenových transmisí. Pro analýzu byla použita měsíční data z ČSÚ a SZIF z období leden 2010 až květen 2015. Již zmíněné koeficienty byly dále využity při výpočtu cenových elasticit a flexibilit poptávek na dílčích trzích výrobkové vertikály. Ze získaných výsledků lze zmínit například EPT mezi spotřebitelským trhem s krkovicí a zpracovatelským trhem s krkovicí, který dosáhl úrovně 0,5988. Na jeho základě byly dále vypočteny koeficienty vlastní cenové elasticity a flexibility poptávky po zpracované krkovici, které dosáhly hodnoty mínus 1,7780 a  mínus 0,5624. Souhrnně lze konstatovat, že odhady koeficientů vlastní cenové elasticity všech uvažovaných poptávek ve výrobkové vertikále byly shledány jako pružné. Veškeré získané výsledky byly interpretovány v kontextu reálné situace ve výrobkové vertikále vepřového masa v České republice v daném období. The Diploma Thesis is focused on the quantitative review of the sensitivity of the price development on the three markets of the food-pork chain in the Czech Republic: on the consumer, processing and commodity markets. To fulfill the aims of the work, the models of the crossmarkets price dependence were made followed by the gaining of the coefficients of the price transmission elasticity (EPT). For the analysis, monthly data from the ČSÚ and the SZIF since January 2010 to May 2015 were used. The aforementioned coefficients were also utilized in the calculation of the price elasticities and flefibilities of the demands on the partial markets of the value chain. From the gained results it is possible to mention the EPT between consumer market with the pork neck and processing market with the pork neck, that reached the level of 0,5988. Based on it, coefficients of own price elasticity and flexibility of the demand for processed pork neck, that reached the level of minus 1,7780 and minus 0,5624, were then calculated. Generally, it can be stated, that estimates of the coefficients of own price elasticity of all the thought demands within the value chain were found elastic. All the obtained outcomes were interpreted in the context of the real situation within the food-pork chain in the Czech Republic in the given period
