Tato práce mapuje dopady pandemie COVID-19 na vinaře a vinohradníky podnikajících ve vinařském sektoru. Teoretická část je věnována rešerši relevantních dokumentů a publikací, které shrnují, jaká byla v době pandemie situace nejen pro české vinaře, ale také pro vinaře z jiných evropských zemí včetně evropských vinařských velmocí, a vysvětluje přijatá opatření na podporu zemědělsko-potravinářského průmyslu na nadnárodní i národní úrovni. V praktické části je popsána cesta za zrealizováním kvalitativního výzkumu, který byl proveden prostřednictvím hloubkových semi-strukturovaných rozhovorů, a následné zpracování získaných dat a jejich interpretace s využitím statistických analýz včetně prezentace zjištěných skutečností. This thesis is focused on Czech winemakers and vineyardists and the analysis of the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on their business. The theoretical part is devoted to a research of relevant documents and publications on what was the situation at the time of the pandemic not only for Czech winemakers, but also for other european wine-producing countries including major European wine producers. This part also explains the measures which were taken by European Union and Czech government to support the agri-food industry. The practical part describes the path towards of qualitative research of this thesis, which was conducted through in-depth semi-structured interviews, its subsequent processing in the form of multidimensional statistical analysis and presentation of the findings.
