Diplomová práce se zabývá specifickou problematikou samozásobitelství s ohledem na chov skotu a ovcí. Z analýzy současného stavu vyplývá, že ne všechna plemena skotu a ovcí jsou vhodná pro potřeby samozásobitelství. Obdobně je tomu tak u zkoumaných plodin a regionů České republiky. Z uvedeného důvodu byl zpracován návrh vhodných plemen, plodin a regionu za účelem dosažení plné samozásobitelnosti s ohledem na skot a ovce. Práce obsahuje návrh výpočetního vztahu plochy potřebné k dosažení samozásobitelnosti jedné osoby s ohledem na množství chovaných zvířat. The diploma thesis deals with a specific issue of self-sufficiency with a focus on cattle and sheep breeding. The analysis of the current state shows that not all breeds of cattle and sheep are suitable for self-sufficiency. The same is for the crops and regions of the Czech Republic. For this reason, a proposal for suitable breeds, crops, and regions was developed to achieve full self-sufficiency concerning cattle and sheep. The thesis also contains a proposal of the computational relationship of the area needed to achieve selfsufficiency of one person concerning the number of animals kept.
