Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na problematiku ESG, konkrétně si klade za cíl zjistit vliv ratingu ESG na rating úvěrový, v prostředí ropného a plynárenského průmyslu. V teoretické části je práce zaměřena především na objasnění udržitelnosti a souvislostí okolo pojmu ESG. Je zde vysvětlen jak samotný pojem ESG, tak i udržitelné financování tím spojené a na závěr provázanost dvou zmíněných ratingů v rámci vybraného sektoru. Závěrem práce je výzkumná část provedena zpracováním dat pomocí regresní analýzy na vybraném vzorku společností ze sektoru těžby ropy a zemního plynu, a objasnění vzájemné závislosti úvěrového ratingu a ESG. The thesis focuses on ESG issues, specifically aims to find out the impact of ESG rating on credit rating in the oil and gas industry environment. In the theoretical part, the thesis mainly focuses on explaining the sustainability and the context around the ESG concept. It explains both the ESG concept itself and the sustainable financing associated with it and finally the interconnectedness of the two mentioned ratings within the selected sector. At the end of the thesis, the research part is carried out by processing data using regression analysis on a selected sample of companies from the oil and gas industry and clarifying the interdependence of credit rating and ESG.
