Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o chorobách kmínku, zejména o chorobě ESCA, která se ve světě nekontrolovatelně šíří. Popisuje příznaky GTD chorob, ke kterým neodmyslitelně patří ESCA. Práce zahrnuje možnosti ochrany proti šíření choroby ESCA. Pokus v bakalářské práci byl směrován k technikám, jak zamezit šíření choroby ESCA ve vinici. V pokusu byly použity chemické přípravky Vintec, Tessior, BlocCade a sadařský balzám. Jako mechanická ochrana je zde prezentováno vyřezávání symptomatických keřů révy a zmlazení celé vinice. V závěru práce je navrhnuta nejlepší varianta ochrany vinic před chorobou ESCA pro vinohradnickou velkovýrobu This bachelor thesis deals with cumin diseases, especially ESCA, which is spreading uncontrollably in the world. It describes the symptoms of GTD diseases, which inherently include ESCA. The thesis includes options to protect against the spread of ESCA. The experiment in the bachelor thesis was directed towards techniques to prevent the spread of ESCA disease in the vineyard. The chemicals used in the experiment were Vintec, Tessior, BlocCade and orchard balsam. The mechanical control presented here is the pruning of symptomatic vines and the rejuvenation of the whole vineyard. The paper concludes by suggesting the best option for vineyard protection against ESCA disease for large-scale viticulture.
