Diplomová práce „Analýza ekonomické výkonnosti podniků agrobyznysu“ se zabývá analýzou ekonomické výkonnosti podniků v rámci oboru CZ-NACE 10.5 Výroba mléčných výrobků, který patří ke klíčovým oborům potravinářského průmyslu České republiky. Cílem práce je charakterizovat podniky daného oboru, u těchto podniků provést finanční analýzu pomocí poměrových ukazatelů na základě podnikových dat, které zahrnují data z období let 2003-2017, a následně identifikovat faktory, které během sledovaných let ovlivňovaly zadluženost podniků, a tím do značné míry také jejich výkonnost. Práce se člení na dvě části – literární rešerši a vlastní práci. V literární rešerši jsou uvedené základní informace z odborné literatury vztahující se k problematice výkonnosti a finanční analýzy podniku. Vlastní práce se zabývá strukturou podniků mlékárenského průmyslu, finanční analýzou a mezipodnikovou komparací. V poslední části práce jsou zkoumány faktory ovlivňující zadluženost podniků CZ-NACE 10.5. Diploma thesis „Analysis of economic performance of agribusiness enterprises“deals with analysis of economic performance of enterprises within the CZ-NACE 10.5 Dairy production branch, which belongs to the key branches of the food industry in the Czech Republic. The aim of this work is to characterize the companies in the given field, to perform financial analysis of these companies using ratios based on business data, which include data from 2003-2017, and subsequently to identify factors that influenced the indebtedness of these companies during the monitored years, and thus their performance to a large extent. The thesis is divided into two parts - literary research and own work. The literature review provides basic information from professional literature related to the issue of performance and financial analysis of a company. The thesis deals with the structure of dairy industry companies, financial analysis and intercompany comparison. In the last part of the thesis, the factors influencing the indebtedness of CZ-NACE 10.5 companies are examined.
