Cílem práce bylo pojednat o významu bílkovin v jednotlivých fázích výkrmu brojlero-vých kuřat. Zaměřuje se na souhrn proteinových krmiv pro drůbež, do kterých se řadí sója, sójový extrahovaný šrot, řepkový extrahovaný šrot, lupina, sušené lihovarské vý-palky a další. V práci je také popsán význam stravitelných aminokyselin. V poslední části práce je pojednáno o možných náhradách sójového extrahovaného šrotu v krmných směsích pro brojlerová kuřata ostatními bílkovinnými krmivy rostlinného původu. Uve-deny jsou výzkumné práce, které řeší působení alternativních krmiv na funkci metabo-lismu kuřat i na celkový výkrm. Na základě této práce lze shrnout, že nejvhodnější ná-hradou sójového extrahovaného šrotu v ČR je lupina. Má podobnou skladbu aminokyse-linového spektra jako sójový extrahovaný šrot, je vhodná k pěstování na našich půdách a v surovém stavu obsahuje minimum antinutričních látek. The aim of the work was discuss meaning of importance of proteins in individual phases of fattening of broiler chickens. It's focusing on summary of protein feeds for poultry, which are soybeans, soybean meal, rapeseed meal, lupine, distillers dried grains, etc. This work also gives the importance of digestible amino acids. In the final part of the thesis is discussed about possible substitution of soybean meal in the diets for broiler chickens with other protein feeds of plant origin. There are listed research works in the thesis, and they solve the effect of alternative feeds for function of metabolism in broiler chicken and for overal fattening too. On the basis of this work, it can be concluded, the most suitable substitution of soybean meal in the Czech Republic is lupine. Lupine has a simi-lar composition of amino acid spectrum as soybean meal, and it is suitable for cultivation on Czech soils. Lupine contains a minimum of antinutritive stuffs in the raw state.
