Tato práce je zaměřena na porovnání odpadů vzniklých při stavbě rámové dřevostavby a zděné stavby z pórobetonu. V úvodu je uvedena produkce veškerého odpadu a z toho procento stavebního a demoličního odpadu. Dále je v úvodu procento znovuvyužití stavebního odpadu a zákonem nařízené nakládání s odpady. V dalších kapitolách je uveden zjednodušený vývoj staveb a jejich rozdělení. Detailněji jsou popsány dvě možnosti. První možností je zděná stavba z pórobetonových tvárnic a její výhody a nevýhody. Druhou možností je rámová dřevostavba realizovaná na přímo na stavbě a její výhody a nevýhody. Součástí práce je i výsledková část, kde jsou uvedeny hodnoty vzniklého odpadu. Výsledkem je menší vznik odpadů u zděné stavby. This thesis is focused on the comparison of waste generated during the construction of frame timber and brick building from lightened concrete. The introduction shows the production of all waste and the percentage of construction and demolition waste. The introduction also includes the percentage of reuse of construction waste and statutory waste management. The following chapters present a simplified development of buildings and their division. Two options are described in more detail. The first option is a masonry structure made of aerated concrete blocks and its advantages and disadvantages. The second option is a frame wooden building realized directly on the construction site and its advantages and disadvantages. Part of the work is also the result part, where the values of the generated waste are given. The result is less waste in the brick building.
