[eng][cze] This work deals with the basic characteristics of the Czech and German e-commerce markets, their mutual differences, and comparison of them. Special emphasis is placed upon the payment methods. Different preferences of both markets, their possible causes and consequences are elaborated on – mainly in the case of the payment methods. The aim of the work is to provide information to enterprises that are considering expansion into the German or the Czech e-commerce markets, as the initial resource. Although this work does not have to fulfill some of the enterprises’ needs completely, especially in case of those who need a deeper analysis of a market with specific goods and services including competitors analysis, this work can be used before major steps are taken in case of proper market research. Both markets are found to have differences in various areas, especially in the usage of an e-commerce solution. Whereas in Germany, an open-source solution is more often represented, the Czech market prefers using ready-made solutions. The differences are also found in payment methods. Although the popularity of card payment in Germany has decreased and other payment methods are becoming popular instead, their market share in the Czech Republic is increasing.Formula clause:Herewith I declare that I have written this final thesis: A Comparison of the Czech and German E-commerce Markets With Emphasis on Payment Options and Online Store Solutions by myself and all sources and data used are quoted in the list of references. Before closing a license agreement on the use of my thesis with another person (subject) I undertake to request for a written statement of the university that the license agreement in question is not in conflict with the legitimate interests of the University, and undertake to pay any contribution, if eligible, to the costs associated with the creation of the thesis, up to their actual amount.Tato práce se zabývá základní charakteristikou českého a německého e-commerce trhu, jejich odlišnostmi a srovnáním. Zvláštní důraz je kladen především na platební metody. Jsou zkoumány odlišné preference trhu v České republice a Německu, nastíněny možné příčiny těchto rozdílností a předpovězen další vývoj, a to právě především v oblasti platebních metod. Cílem práce je poskytnout prvotní zdroj informací podnikatelským subjektům, které uvažují o vstupu na český nebo německý e-commerce trh. Ačkoliv tato práce svým rozsahem nemusí zcela naplňovat požadavky některých firem, které vyžadují hlubší analýzu trhu, především konkurence, lze tuto práci využít ještě předtím, než dojde k investicím v souvislosti s průzkumem trhu. Oba trhy jsou shledány odlišnými v několika oblastech, a to především v použití e-shopového softwaru, kdy je v SRN výrazně více zastoupeno Open Source řešení, a také v oblíbenosti platebních metod, kdy v SRN klesá popularita platebních karet na úkor jiných platebních metod, zatímco v České republice jejich oblíbenost stoupá. Právní doložka:Prohlašuji, že jsem tuto bakalářskou práci na téma Srovnání českého a německého e-commerce trhu s důrazem na platební metody a e-shopová řešení vypracoval samostatně a veškeré použité prameny a informace uvádím v seznamu použité literatury. Souhlasím, aby moje práce byla zveřejněna v souladu s § 47b zákona č. 111/1998 Sb., o vysokých školách ve znění pozdějších předpisů a v souladu s platnou Směrnicí o zveřejňování vysokoškolských závěrečných prací. Jsem si vědom, že se na moji práci vztahuje zákon č. 121/2000 Sb., autorský zákon, a že Mendelova univerzita v Brně má právo na uzavření licenční smlouvy a užití této práce jako školního díla podle § 60 odst. 1 autorského zákona. Dále se zavazuji, že před sepsáním licenční smlouvy o využití díla jinou osobou (subjektem) si vyžádám písemné stanovisko univerzity, že předmětná licenční smlouva není v rozporu s oprávněnými zájmy univerzity, a zavazuji se uhradit případný příspěvek na úhradu nákladů spojených se vznikem díla, a to až do jejich skutečné výše.
