Bakalářská práce se zabývá bezpečností a ochranou zdraví při práci ve výrobním podniku Buš a Buš, s. r. o. V teoretické části jsou shrnuty základní pojmy, legislativa týkající se BOZP na pracovištích, povinnosti zaměstnavatele a zaměstnanců. V teoretické části jsou dále rozebrány rizikové faktory, které mají vliv na BOZP. V praktické části se práce zabývá dokumentací a dodržováním zásad BOZP ve firmě Buš a Buš, s. r. o., tato část je podpořena dotazníkem. Dále je práce věnována zhodnocením současného stavu BOZP ve výrobní firmě Buš a Buš, s. r. o., a u zjištěných nedostatků jsou navržena doporučení na jejich odstranění či minimalizaci pro zlepšení pracovního prostředí a bezpečnosti práce. The bachelor's thesis deals with safety and health protection at work in the production company Buš a Buš, s. r. o. The theoretical part summarizes the basic concepts, legislation on OSH at work, the obligations of the employer and employees. The theoretical part also discusses the risk factors that affect OSH. The practical part deals with the documentation and compliance with the principles of health and safety in the company Buš a Buš, s. r. o., this part is supported by a questionnaire. Furthermore, the work is devoted to the evaluation of the current state of health and safety in the manufacturing company Buš a Buš, s. r. o., and the identified shortcomings are proposed recommendations for their elimination or minimization to improve the working environment and occupational safety.
