Shrnutí Rigorózní práce nabízí podrobný rozbor logopedické intervence se zaměřením na systémy alternativní a augmentativní komunikace u jedinců se speciálními vzdělávacími potřebami (kombinované postižení) různého věku (19, 12, 8 let). V teoretické části předkládáme obecnou charakteristiku komunikační schopnosti jako součásti sdělovacího procesu, jejího možného narušení v souvislosti s kombinovaným postižením respondentů i vlastní logopedickou intervenci, kdy poukazujeme na posun terapeutických přístupů orientovaných od zvukové stránky řeči k obsahové. Popis kombinovaného postižení prezentujeme z pohledu časté kombinace mozkové obrny a mentální retardace včetně symptomatologie a diagnostiky. Poslední kapitola profiluje jednotlivé systémy alternativní a augmentativní komunikace i kritéria uplatňovaná v průběhu jejich volby. Výzkumná část podává detailní přehled logopedické intervence v jednotlivých vývojových etapách respondentů. Následné zhodnocení jednotlivých terapeutických přístupů předkládá závěry nekoordinované a nesystematické logopedické intervence, která je i přes včasnou diagnostiku realizována ve věku čtyř let jedinců. Současná podpora všech složek, tj. primárních funkcí, řeči a komunikace představuje u respondentů různorodou subvenci. Systémy alternativní i augmentativní komunikace jsou u jedinců... The dissertation provides a detailed analysis of logopedic intervention. It focuses on systems of alternative and augmentative communication of individuals with special learning and educational needs (combined disability) in different age (19,12, 8 years). Theoretical part presents firstly general characteristics of communicational skills as a part of communication process and their possible violation with regards to respondent's combined disabilities and secondly researcher's own logopedic intervention. The work shows a shift within theoretical approaches from sound aspects of speech to its content. Combined disability is described from the perspective of frequent combination of celebral palsy and mental disorder. Symptomatology and diagnosis are also included. Last chapter profiles individual systems of alternative and augmentative communication as well as criteria used in the process of their choice. Own research focuses on detailed overview of logopedic intervention within each developmental stage of the respondents. Following evaluation of individual therapeutic approaches indicates conclusions of unsystematic and discoordinated logopedic intervention which was put into practise at the age of four years.
