Mikroskopy jsou hojně používány v rámci výuky přírodovědných předmětů, aby zobrazily fenomény, které nejsou pouhým okem viditelné. Je možné se s nimi setkat nejčastěji ve výuce biologie, ale mohly by také být využívány ve výuce dalších přírodovědných předmětů, např. v geologii nebo chemii. Kromě světelných mikroskopů lze ve výuce využívat také binolupy, jejichž vodnou alternativou je tzv. USB-mikroskop, který se v posledních několika letech rozšiřuje i mimo své primární využívání, kterým je elektrotechnika. Zdá se že USB-mikroskop by mohl být vhodnou učební pomůckou, ale jeho širšímu využití brání nezkušenost učitelů a žáků, a také nedostatek učebních a podpůrných materiálů, které by mohly USB-mikroskop využívat. Cílem práce tak bylo vybrat a optimalizovat experimenty, které jsou vhodné pro výuku a zároveň lze při jejich prezentaci s výhodou využít USB-mikroskop. Dalším cílem práce bylo vytvořit k vybraným experimentům pracovní listy a podpůrné materiály pro učitele. Pro naplnění cílů bylo vybráno 10 experimentů, které byly optimalizovány pro výuku a laboratorní práci s USB-mikroskopem a byly k nim vytvořeny příslušné podpůrné materiály včetně pracovních listů. Výsledky ověřování těchto experimentů a k nim vytvořených materiálů naznačují, že laboratorní práce s pracovními listy s využitím... Microscopes are a common tool in science education, used to demonstrate phenomena that are not visible to the naked eye. They are most commonly encountered in the teaching of biology, but could also be used in the teaching of other science subjects, such as geology or chemistry. In addition to microscopes, binoculars can also be used in teaching. One such alternative for binoculars is the USB-microscope, which has been expanding in recent years beyond its primary use in electrical engineering. It appears that the USB-microscope could be a suitable teaching tool. However, its wider use is inhibited by inexperience of teachers and students, as well as by the lack of teaching and materials that could effectively utilise the USB-microscope. Consequently, the objective of this study was to select and optimise experiments that are suitable for education and, at the same time, can utilise the USB-microscope to advantage in their presentation. Additionally, the objective was to create worksheets and supplementary materials for educators to facilitate the selected experiments. To achieve this, ten experiments were selected and optimized for both teaching and laboratory work with the USB-microscope.
