Práce srovnává vztah Andreje Babiše a Emmanuela Macrona. V první části porovnává jejich vstup na politickou scénu pomocí Genetického modelu od Angela Panebianca. Oba politici, Babiš a Macron, se snažili prezentovat svá politická hnutí jako vzniklá zdola nahoru, avšak ve skutečnosti šlo o proces šíření od vedení k periferiím. Babišovo ANO je financováno přímo jím samým a z jeho podnikatelského koncernu, což ho legitimizuje interně, zatímco Macronovo En Marche! se spoléhá na dárce, což jej legitimizuje externě. Oba politici projevovali situační charisma při vstupu na politickou scénu což sehrálo klíčovou roli v růstu jejich politických hnutí. Za použití Teorie stranické rodiny od Klaus von Beymeho srovnávám ideologie obou politiků, kteří sdílejí určité liberální prvky, zejména v ekonomických otázkách. Oba politici prosazují řízení státu jako firmy, odmítají označení pravice nebo levice a preferují odborná řešení před politickými. Odmítají politické nálepky a odmítají se přiřazovat k jednomu ideologickému spektru. Identifikujeme tedy prvky technokracie a populismu. Zatímco Macronův postoj zůstává konzistentní, Babiš své postoje mění. Největší rozdíly však nalezneme v postojích k Evropské unii jako členů frakce Renew Europe. Zatímco Babiš vykazuje ambivalentnost ve svých postojích k evropské integraci... The paper compares the relationship between Andrej Babiš and Emmanuel Macron. In the first part it compares their entry into the political arena using the Genetic Model by Angelo Panebianco. Both politicians, Babiš and Macron, tried to present their political movements as emerging from the bottom up, but in reality, it was a process of diffusion from the leadership to the periphery. Babiš's ANO is financed directly by himself and his business concern, which legitimises it internally, while Macron's En Marche! relies on donors, which legitimises it externally. Both politicians displayed a situational charisma when they entered the political arena which played a key role in the growth of their political movements. Using Klaus von Beyme's Theory of the Party Family, I compare the ideologies of the two politicians, who share certain liberal elements, especially on economic issues. Both politicians advocate running the state like a business, rejecting the labels of right or left and preferring professional solutions to political ones. They reject political labels and refuse to align themselves with one ideological spectrum. We thus identify elements of technocracy and populism.
