They are dissatisfied with the salary, communication with the superiors, the lack of opportunities for professional growth, and also with the number of benefits. Among the proposals are new benefits, such as the introduction of ‘sick days’, contributions to life insurance, and contributions to a long-term investment product. The recommendations include praise and use of internal human resources.
