Diplomová práce se zabývá komunikační dovedností naslouchání jakožto součástí komunikativní klíčové kompetence. Autorka necílí na situace, kdy žák poslouchá výklad učitele, nýbrž na naslouchání žáků prvního stupně sobě navzájem. Vychází z dlouhodobého vědeckého diskurzu na toto téma. Cílem této práce je nejprve teoreticky představit komunikační činnost naslouchání jako poměrně náročný proces, který, třebaže vyžaduje stejné množství pozornosti a tréninku jako ostatní komunikační činnosti, je v globálním měřítku ve školním kurikulu spíše opomíjen. Teoretická část zároveň předkládá konkrétní návrhy, jak lze rozvoj naslouchání ve třídním kolektivu prvního stupně základní školy podpořit. Výzkumná část, konkrétně pedagogický akční výzkum, vychází z teoretických poznatků. Klade si za cíl pozorovat změny ve vzájemné komunikaci žáků třetího ročníku, kde autorka působí jako asistentka pedagoga, se zaměřením na jejich dovednost naslouchání. Celkem tři etapy akčního výzkumu zachovávají cyklické schéma popis situace, akční návrh, akce a analýza. Akční výzkum je opřený o didaktické hry navržené tak, aby byla během nich tato dovednost žáky samotnými zkoumána a rozvíjena. Zároveň autorka prostřednictvím reflektivních pasáží vyhodnocuje průběh výzkumu a progres žáků v oblasti naslouchání. Realizovaný akční výzkum... This thesis deals with the matter of listening skill as part of the communication key competence. The author does not target situations when the pupil listens to the teacher's speech, but situations when the elementary school classmates listen to each other. It is based on a long-term scientific discourse on the subject. The aim of this thesis is to first theoretically present the communication activity of listening as a fairly demanding process which, although requiring the same amount of attention and training as other communication activities, has been quite neglected on a global scale in the school curriculum. At the same time, the theoretical section puts forward specific proposals on how the listening skill of the elementary-school class collective can be supported and developed. The practical part, pedagogical action research, is based on theoretical knowledge. It aims to observe progress in communication focusing on listening skills between third-grade pupils, in a class where the author acts as a teacher's assistant. In total three periods of action research maintain a cyclical pattern of problem decsription, action plan, action and analysis.
