Tato diplomová práce se zabývá technologií 3D tisku a analýzou různých polymerních materiálů aditivní výroby, se zaměřením na jejich aplikaci v automobilovém průmyslu. V experimentální části jsou tři typy materiálu podrobeny zkouškám mechanických vlastností, a to jak bez degradace, tak i po degradaci klimatickou komorou. Při zkoušce pevnosti v tahu, byla ověřena možnost využití akustické emise jako diagnostické metody. Z dosažených výsledků byl navržen konkrétní díl využívaný v automobilovém průmyslu. Součástí práce je i návrh stacionárního pracoviště pro 3D tisk. This thesis deals with 3D printing technology and analysis of various polymeric additive manufacturing materials, with a focus on their application in the automotive industry. In the experimental part, three types of material are tested for mechanical properties, both without degradation and after degradation by a climate chamber. In the tensile strength test, the possibility of using acoustic emission as a diagnostic method was verified. From the results obtained, a specific part used in the automotive industry was designed.
