[cze][eng] Bakalářská práce je věnována tématu prevence vybraných infekčních onemocnění u laické veřejnosti. Je zaměřena na tři onemocnění s častým výskytem v Jihočeském kraji - tedy klíšťové encefalitidě, virovým hepatitidám a salmonelóze. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a empirickou část. V teoretické části se věnujeme charakteristice infekčních onemocnění, prevenci, roli sestry v kontextu prevence a samotným, již vyjmenovaným, vybraným onemocněním. V empirické části byl zvolen cíl - zmapovat prevenci vybraných infekčních onemocnění u laické veřejnosti. Na základě tohoto cíle bylo zvoleno pět hypotéz. H1: Existuje statisticky významný vztah mezi názorem na očkování a pohlavím. H2: Existuje statisticky významný vztah mezi postojem k prevenci vybraných infekčních onemocnění a vzděláním. H3: Existuje statisticky významný vztah mezi dodržováním prevence virových hepatitid a věkem. H4: Existuje statisticky významný vztah mezi dodržováním prevence klíšťové encefalitidy a věkem. H5: Existuje statisticky významný vztah mezi dodržováním prevence salmonelózy a věkem. Pro šetření byla zvolena kvantitativní metoda, technikou pak nestandardizovaný dotazník. Dotazník sestával ze 45 otázek, výzkumným souborem bylo 227 respondentů z laické veřejnosti, kteří žijí v Jihočeském kraji. Šetření prokázalo, že názor na očkování závisí na pohlaví, postoj k prevenci vybraných infekčních onemocnění závisí na dosaženém stupni vzdělání. Také výzkumem bylo zjištěno, že dodržování prevence virových hepatitid, klíšťové encefalitidy ani salmonelózy nezávisí na věku. Výstupem této práce je informační leták, který obsahuje stručnou charakteristiku vybraných onemocnění a jejich prevenci. Tento leták může sloužit jako edukační materiál v ordinaci praktického lékaře. Práce může sloužit také jako podklad pro další výzkumné šetření stejného designu. For the investigation, a quantitative method was chosen, and the technique was a non-standardized questionnaire. The questionnaire consisted of 45 questions, the research sample was 227 respondents from the general public living in the South Bohemia Region. The investigation showed that the opinion on vaccination depends on gender, the attitude towards prevention of selected infectious diseases depends on the level of education. The research also found that adherence to prevention of viral hepatitis, tick-borne encephalitis and salmonellosis does not depend on age. The output of this work is an information leaflet that contains a brief description of the selected diseases and their prevention. This leaflet can serve as an educational material in the general practitioner's office. The work can serve as a basis for further research investigation of the same design. The bachelor thesis is devoted to the prevention of selected infectious diseases in the general public. It focuses on three diseases with frequent occurrence in the South Bohemia Region - tick-borne encephalitis, viral hepatitis and salmonellosis. The work is divided into a theoretical and a empirical part. In the theoretical part we discuss the characteristics of infectious diseases, prevention, the role of the nurse in the context of prevention and the selected diseases themselves, already listed. In the empirical part the aim was chosen - to map the prevention of selected infectious diseases in the general public. Based on this objective, five hypotheses were chosen. H1: There is a statistically significant relationship between opinion on vaccination and gender. H2: There is a statistically significant relationship between attitude towards prevention of selected infectious diseases and education. H3: There is a statistically significant relationship between adherence to viral hepatitis prevention and age. H4: There is a statistically significant relationship between adherence to tick-borne encephalitis prevention and age. H5: There is a statistically significant relationship between adherence to salmonellosis prevention and age.
