[cze][eng] Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na význam sester v ošetřovatelské péči během perioperační fáze, která je jednou z hlavních součástí operačního procesu. Cílem této práce je zkoumat role perioperačních sester a objasnit motivaci k výkonu jejich povolání. Data byla získána metodou dotazování, technikou polostrukturovaného rozhovoru. Výzkumný vzorek tvořilo deset perioperačních sester pracujících na centrálních operačních sálech. Z výsledků rozhovorů vyplynulo, že se instrumentující sestry pečlivě připravují na každý operační výkon, zajišťují hygienu a dezinfekci rukou, chystají potřebné nástroje a asistují při přípravě operačního týmu. Během operace podávají nástroje, asistují operatérovi a kontrolují průběh zákroku. Po operaci provádí kontrolu nástrojů a úklid. Obíhající sestry se podílí na přípravě nástrojů a materiálu, kontrolují stav pacienta, asistují při nasazování roušek a zajišťují dokumentaci. Během výkonu spolupracují s týmem, vyplňují administrativu a doplňují materiál. Po výkonu kontrolují dokumentaci, provádí úklid a zajišťují expedici nástrojů na sterilizaci. Pozice sterilizační sestry byla přesunuta z operačního sálu na centrální sterilizaci, které je součástí centrálních operačních sálů a specializuje se na sterilizaci a dezinfekci chirurgických nástrojů a pomůcek. Sestry definovaly motivaci pozitivními (týmová spolupráce, bezpečný průběh operace, vysoká odbornost sester, úspěšný výsledek, moderní vybavení a možnost pomáhat pacientům) i negativními faktory (náhle vzniklé komplikace, stres, dlouhé výkony ve stoje, nadměrná administrativa, záporné reakce lékařů a syndrom vyhoření). Z výzkumného šetření dále vyplynulo, že pro vykonávání této práce je nezbytná láska k oboru, zápal pro péči o pacienty a možnost pomáhat druhým. Výsledky výzkumu poukazují na možnost implementace strukturovaného programu mentoringu v oblasti perioperační péče, skrze pravidelná setkávání a vzájemné sdílení zkušeností, které umožní sestrám působit jako mentorky pro mladší kolegyně. Cílem je podpořit pracovní prostředí a profesní rozvoj. Práce má potenciál motivovat a inspirativně působit na studenty při volbě jejich budoucího povolání a může prostřednictvím praktických doporučení a návrhů přispět k optimalizaci a koordinaci práce na operačním sále. The bachelor thesis focuses on the importance of nurses in nursing care during the perioperative phase, which is one of the main parts of the surgical process. The aim of this thesis is to explore the roles of perioperative nurses and to clarify the motivation for their profession. The data was collected by questionnaire method, semi-structured interview technique. The research sample consisted of ten perioperative nurses working in central operating rooms. The results of the interviews showed that the instrumental nurses carefully prepare for each surgical procedure, ensure hand hygiene and disinfection, prepare the necessary instruments and assist in the preparation of the operating team. During the operation, they administer the instruments, assist the surgeon and check the progress of the procedure. After the operation, they check the instruments and clean up. The circulating nurses are involved in preparing instruments and supplies, checking the patient's condition, assisting with drape fitting and providing documentation. They work with the team during the procedure, completing paperwork and replenishing supplies. After the procedure, they check documentation, perform housekeeping, and ensure that instruments are dispatched for sterilization. The sterilization nurse position has been moved from the operating room to the central sterilization area, which is part of the central operating rooms and specializes in sterilizing and disinfecting surgical instruments and supplies. Nurses defined motivation in terms of positive factors (teamwork, safe surgery, high nursing proficiency, successful outcome, modern equipment, and the opportunity to help patients) and negative factors (sudden complications, stress, long standing procedures, excessive paperwork, negative physician reactions, and burnout syndrome). The survey also revealed that a love of the field, a passion for patient care, and the opportunity to help others are essential for doing this work. The results of the research point to the possibility of implementing a structured mentoring programme in perioperative care, through regular meetings and mutual sharing of experiences, to enable nurses to act as mentors to younger colleagues. The aim is to promote a supportive working environment and professional development. The work has the potential to motivate and inspire students in their choice of future careers and can contribute to the optimization and coordination of work in the operating room through practical recommendations and suggestions.
