Bakalářská práce se zabývá výběrem nejvíce vyhovující právní formy podnikání z pohledu minimálního daňového zatížení. U konkrétního podnikatelského subjektu dochází ke stanovení daňové povinnosti, která je následně porovnávána s vybranými formami podnikání. Následně je podnikateli doporučena taková právní forma podnikání, která mu přinese co největší daňovou úsporu. This bachelor thesis focuses on selection of the most convenient legal form of business from the perspective of minimum tax burden. On specific business subject, tax liability costs are estimated, then compared with chosen forms of businesses. Followed by recommendation for the business owner, which form of business is the best one for the company with the highest taxes savings.
