Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou a posouzení kvalitativních, environmentálních a bezpečnostních rizik spojených s prováděním dvou různých variant střešních plášťů. V práci je provedena analýza poruchovosti v nejvíce rizikovém prvku střešního pláště. Následně je provedena analýza rizik dle normy ČSN EN 31010:2011 Management rizik – Techniky posuzování rizik. Pro posouzení rizik jsou zvoleny následující metody – analýza způsobů a důsledků poruch (FMEA), metoda RIPRAN, analýza příčin a důsledků (Ishikawův diagram) a Paretův diagram. Pomocí těchto metod jsou jednotlivá rizika identifikována a následně vyhodnocena. V závěru práce jsou navržena protiopatření, směřující k eliminaci a snížení zjištěných rizik.
This master thesis deals with analysis and evaluation of quality, environmental and safety risks linked with two roof cover types. Malfunction analysis was carried out on the most risky roof cover component. Afterwards risk analysis was done according to ČSN EN 31010:2011 Risk management – Risk assessing techniques regulation. Following methods were chosen for risk assessment - Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), RIPRAN method, cause-and-effect analysis (Ishikawa diagram) and Pareto chart. Using aforementioned methods, risks were identified and evaluated. Countermeasures for identified risks were suggested in conclusion.
