Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na vytvoření podnikatelského záměru na založení vinárny. Návrh podnikatelského plánu vychází z teoretických poznatků v první části práce, dále z analýz vnějšího a vnitřního prostředí podniku. This thesis focuses on creating a business plan to establish the wine bar. Business plan is based on theoretical knowledge from the first part of this thesis and analysis of external and internal environment of company.
