Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na rozšíření podnikatelských aktivit firmy FreOn Services s.r.o., která se zabývá investicemi do různých projektů. Bakalářská práce rozebírá rozvoj podnikatelských aktivit formou vstupu do franchisového konceptu. Pro účely práce a realizace byl vybrán existující koncept, který se zabývá zákonnými povinnostmi v oblasti BOZP a PO. Z důvodu utajení nebude v této práci jmenován. Teoretická část obsahuje definice podnikatelského plánu, použitých analýz, objasnění pojmů BOZP a PO, seznámení s pojmem Franchising a charakteristiku malých podniků. Praktická část pak předkládá podnikatelský plán. The bachelor thesis focuses on expanding the business activities of FreOn Services s.r.o., which is currently engaged in various projects. The bachelor thesis analyzes the development of business activities by entering a franchise concept. For the purposes of the bachelor thesis and realization was selected franchise concept under the brand, which deals with statutory duties in the field of OHS and FP. The brand will not be named in this bachelor thesis. The theoretical part contains definitions of business plan, used analyzes, explanation of the term of OHS and FP, introduction to the term of franchising and the characteristics of small businesses. The practical part contains the business plan.
