Studie „BYTOVÝ DŮM NA ULICI MUSILOVA“ zpracovává stavbu nové bytového domu s administrativní částí na ulici Musilova v Brně-Husovicích. V rámci bakalářské práce byla rozpracována část s funkcí bytovou. Stavba se snaží citlivě zapadnout do svého okolí jak svou výškou, tak celkovým měřítkem. Hlavním úkolem, bylo vypořádat se se značnou rozlohou parcely a vytvořit objekt, který přes své rozměry bude působit vzdušně a lehce. Budova má 3-4 nadzemní podlaží a jedno podzemní podlaží s parkováním. Vchody do objektu jsou z ulice Musilova, vjezd do podzemních garáží z ulice Vranovská.
The study of "APARTMENT HOUSE ON THE STREET MUSILOVA " handles construction of a new residential building with administrative part in the Musilova street in Brno-Husovice. Within the bachelor thesis was compile building with the housing function. Construction tries to sensitively integrate into the surroundings both its height and the overall scale. The main task was to deal with considerable plot size and create an object that despite its proportions will act airy and lightly. The building has 3-4 above-ground floors and one underground floor with parking. The entrances to the building are from the Musilova street, the entrance to the underground garage is from the street Vranovská.
