Předmětem této bakalářské práce je zpracování projektové dokumentace ve stupni provádění stavby. Jedná se o novostavbu bytového domu s téměř nulovou spotřebou energie. Bytový dům se nachází v Poličce, okres Svitavy a je umístěn na mírně svažitém terénu. Je řešen jako čtyřpodlažní, částečně podsklepený s plochou vegetační střechou. V suterénním podlaží je technické zázemí objektu a sklepní kóje. V nadzemních podlažích se nachází celkem 16 bytových jednotek, dále je zde centrální schodiště a výtah. V každém podlaží se nachází celkem 4 bytové jednotky o různých velikostech. Objekt je založen na základových pasech z železobetonu a dvou patkách. Suterénní stěny jsou navrženy z železobetonu a nadzemní části objektu jsou vyzděny z keramických tvárnic. Objekt je zateplen kontaktním zateplovacím systémem ETICS. The aim of this bachelor thesis is an elaboration of contract documents in the level of construction execution. Thesis focuses on new apartment building with almost zero energy consumption. Apartment building is located in Polička, Svitavy district, and is situated in slightly sloped terrain. It is designed as a four-story construction, partly with basement, with flat green roof. On a basement floor, technical facilities and cellar storage could be found. On the above grade levels in total 16 apartment units are located, furthermore with central stairway and elevator. For every level, there are four units, with different dimensions. Foundations of the object are created by reinforced concrete strip footing and two pad foundations. The basement-floor walls are designed to be made from reinforced concrete and above grade parts are bricked up using ceramic blocks. Object is insulated with contact insulation system ETICS.
