Tato diplomová práce se věnuje stavebně technologické přípravě administrativní budovy v ulici Lomnického. Snahou této práce je zvolit vhodný postup výstavby. Práce obsahuje technickou zprávu stavebně technologického projektu, řešení širších vztahů dopravních tras, časový a finanční plán objektový, soupis prací dodávek a služeb s výkazem výměr, návrh zařízení staveniště, návrh hlavních stavebních strojů a mechanismů, časový plán, technologický předpis, kontrolní a zkušební plán, výpočet dvou variant těžení stavební jámy a detaily hydroizolací spodní stavby. Detailněji se práce věnuje zajištění stavební jámy podzemními stěnami. This diploma thesis focuses on the construction and technological preparation of the office building in the Lomnického street. The aim of this work is to choose the appropriate construction process. The thesis contains a technical report of a construction and technological project, solutions of wider transport relations, time and financial object plan, itemized budget, design of a site equipment, design of the main building machines and mechanisms, time schedule, technological regulation, inspection and test plan, calculation of two options of the excavation of building pit and details to waterproofing of the substructure. In detail, the thesis is dedicated to secure the building pit enclosed by diaphragm walls.
