Diplomová práce se zabývá zpracováním dokumentace ve stupni pro provádění stavby sportovního centra, který se nachází ve městě Litomyšl, okres Svitavy. Pozemek, na kterém je navrženo sportovní centrum má mírně svahovitý terén. Vedle sportovního centra jsou navrženy tenisové kurty a parkoviště pro návštěvníky centra. Jedná se o třípodlažní částečně podsklepený skelet. Půdorysně je objekt složený z obdélníků s rozdílnými rozměry. Objekt má jeden společný vchod, který je situován ze severní strany. Vstup do budovy je řešen jako bezbariérový s jedním výtahem. Do budovy se vchází v 1.NP, kde se nachází kavárna, prostory pro zaměstnance, šatny pro uživatele sportovního centra a posilovna. Ve 2.NP jsou umístěny cvičební prostory, šatny pro uživatele sportovního centra, prostory pro zaměstnance a posilovna. V suterénu objektu se vyskytují technické místnosti, sklad a vchod do squashových kurtů. Nosný systém je řešen jako kombinovaný stěna – skelet. Obvodová suterénní stěna bude z vodonepropustného betonu s hydroizolační funkcí. Nosný systém nadzemních podlaží je řešen pomocí železobetonového skeletu s vyzdívkou z vápenopískových zdících bloků. Stropní konstrukce je tvořena železobetonovou monolitickou deskou. Schodiště jsou železobetonová monolitická s povrchovou úpravou z keramické dlažby. Konstrukce střechy je řešena jako jednoplášťová vegetační střecha. Vnější povrchová úprava fasády bude pomocí vláknocementových desek. Barevné řešení fasády rozbíjí pravidelnost a symetričnost budovy. Vnitřní povrchová úprava stěn a stropů bude provedena bílou sádrovou omítkou.
The diploma thesis deals with processing of documentation at the level of the implementation of a construction of sports centre, which is located in Litomyšl, in the district of Svitavy. The land on which the sports centre is designed has slightly sloping terrain. Next to the sports centre, tennis courts and parking for visitors to the centre are proposed. It is a three-storey partially basemented skeleton. In plan, the building is composed of rectangles with different dimensions. The building has one common entrance, which is situated on the north side. The entrance to the building id designed as wheelchair accessible with one lift. The building is entered on the 1st floor, where there is a cafe, premises for employees, changing rooms for useres of the sports centre and a gym. On the 2nd floor there are exercise rooms, changing rooms for sports center users, premises for employees and gym. In the basement of the building there are technical rooms, storage and entrance to the squash courts. The load-bearing system is designed as a combined wall – skeleton. Basement perimetr walls are made of waterproof concrete with waterproofing function. The load-bearing system of the above-ground floors is designed using a reinforces concrete skeleton with a lining of sand-lime masonry blocks. The ceiling strucutre consists of a reinforced concrete monolithic slab. The staircases are reinforced concrete monolithic with a ceramic tile finish. The roof strucutre is designed as a single-skin vegetated roof. The external finishing of the facade will be by means of fibre cement boards. The colour scheme of the facade breaks the regularity and symmetry of the building. The internal finishing of the walls and ceilings will be done with white gypsum plaster.
