Tato bakalářská práce je podnikatelským plánem pro nově vznikající internetový portál zprostředkující IT služby. Tento plán je rozdělen do tří částí a to do teoretické, analytické a návrhové. V teoretické části jsou popsány jednotlivé pojmy, které spadají do této oblasti podnikání. Analytická část je zaměřena na analýzu společnosti, konkurence a prostředí na trhu. Návrhová část je popsána dle obvyklé struktury podnikatelského plánu. Je zde popsána funkční stránka portálu, marketingový mix, kterým se bude webový portál propagovat. Dále organizační plán, hodnocení rizik a finanční plán. Tento podnikatelský záměr bude použit k reálnému využíti v praxi.
This bachelor thesis is a business plan for emerging internet portal mediating IT services. This plan is organized into three parts – theoretical, analytical and proposal part. The theoretical part describes terms that belong into this business area. The analytical part is focused on analysis of the company, competition and market. The proposal part is described as usual structure of business plan. It describes portal functions and marketing mix by which the web portal will be promoted. Then there is described organization plan, risk assessment and financial plan. This business plan will be applied to real practical use.
