Projekt řeší novostavbu rodinného domu ve Škrdlovicích. Tato práce má za cíl vypracovat projektovou dokumentaci pro provedení stavby. Novostavba rodinného domu je určena pro 5-6-ti člennou rodinu pro celoroční obývání. Součástí rodinného domu je dvougaráž. Objekt má 2 nadzemní podlaží a suterén. Budova je zděná z keramických tvárnic Porotherm se sedlovou a plochou střechou. Objekt je situován na svažitém terénu. The project deals with new building of detached in Škrdlovice. This work aims to develop design documents for building construction. Detached house is for 5-6 member family for year round occupancy. The part of the house is double garage. The building has 2 floors and basement. The building with gable roof and flat roof is based on brick systém Porotherm. The building is situated on sloping terrain.
