Diplomová práce je zaměřená na ekonomické a legislativní aspekty sociálního podnikání v České republice. Práce vymezuje základní teoretická východiska sociálního podnikání v České republice, popisuje situaci zdravotně postižených osob ve vztahu k trhu práce a popisuje benefity plynoucí ze zaměstnávání osob se zdravotním postižením. Dále se práce zaměřuje na aktuální situaci v konkrétní chráněné dílně, která má v plánu rozšířit svoji stávající kapacitu. V závěru je zhodnocena výhodnost takového projektu, dále jsou v závěru shrnuta možná rizika podnikání na chráněném trhu práce a jsou navrhnuta opatření pro budoucí chod stávající chráněné dílny.
The master’s thesis focuses on the economic and legislative aspects of social entrepreneurship in the Czech Republic. The work defines the basic theoretical basis for social entrepreneurship in the Czech Republic, describes the relationship of disabled persons to the labor market, and outlines the benefits connected to employing individuals with disabilities. The thesis further investigates the current situation in a specific sheltered workshop that is planning to expand its capacity. The conclusion of the thesis presents an evaluation of the advantages/profitability of such a project, summarizes the possible risks of entrepreneurship in the protected labor market, and offers suggested measures for the continuation of the sheltered workshop.
