Bakalářská práce se zabývá plánováním projektu výstavby a vysvětluje základní pojmy, které se týkají této oblasti. V praktické části jsou řešeny časové a finanční plány na příkladu rekonstrukce Kongresového centra ve Starém Městě. Cílem této práce je posouzení vhodnosti jednotlivých programu pro projektový management na danou stavební zakázku. The bachelor´s thesis deals with construction project planning and explains basic concepts related to this area. In the practical part are solved time and financial plans for the reconstruction of the Congress Centre in Staré Město. The aim of this thesis is to assess the suitability of each project management program for the construction order.
