Předmětem této diplomové práce je problematika vedení a řízení spolupracovníků ve stavebním podniku. Praktická část je zaměřena na zkoumání vybrané firmy, její struktury, a strategii v plánování lidských zdrojů pomocí dotazníku. The subject of this thesis is the issue of leadership and management of employees in the construction company employees in the construction business. The practical part is focused on exploration of the company, its structures and strategies in the planning of human resources through the questionnaire.
