Cílem této diplomové práce je vytvoření konkrétního podnikatelského záměru začínajícího podniku. Vteoretické části práce jsou objasněny základní pojmy související s podnikáním, podnikatelským plánem a legislativními požadavky souvisejícími s podnikáním v oboru sociálních služeb. Praktická část se zabývá konkrétním podnikatelským záměrem, představením podniku, analýzou trhu, marketingovým, operačním a finančním plánem a na závěr kapitoly také hodnocením efektivnosti investice a hodnocením rizik spojených s podnikatelským záměrem. The aim of this diploma thesis is to create a specific business plan for a start up enterprise. The theoretical part of the thesis explains the basic concepts related to entrepreneurship, business plan and legislative requirements related to business services in the field of social services. The practical part deals with specific business plan, company presentation, market analysis, marketing, operational and financial plan and at the end of the chapter also evaluation of the efficiency of the investment and the evaluation of the risks related to the business plan.
