Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na téma „Motivace a práce s lidmi ve stavebních firmách na Ukrajině.“ a zabývá se průzkumem v oblasti motivace pracovníků. Cílem této práce je analyzovat situaci v ukrajinských stavebních firmách. V praktické části budou zvoleny tři výzkumné otázky, které budou na základě dotazníkového šetření ověřeny a vyhodnoceny. V závěru práce budou vyvozeny výsledky a doporučení z odvedené práce. My bachelor´s thesis is focused on the topic "Motivation and work with personnel in construction companies in Ukraine" and is engaged in research in the field of employee motivation. The purpose of this thesis is to analyze the situation in Ukrainian construction companies. In the practical part of the survey, I want to verify and and evaluate three selected research questions. At the end of the work, based on the research, the results and recommendations about the work performed are derived.
