Bakalářská práce se zabývá komunikací občana s Policií ČR v souvislosti s přijetím podnětu či oznámení, včetně procesu základních činností Policie ČR po přijetí podnětu či oznámení a poukazuje na negativní jevy, které se v tomto interakčním procesu vyskytují s cílem poskytnout občanům potřebné informace o tomto systému a podpořit komunikační kompetentnost policistů. This thesis focused on communication of citizens with the Police in connection with the adoption by or notice, including the process the basic activities police after receipt of the complaint or notice and highlights the negative effects that the interactive processes that occur in order to provide citizens with necessary information about the system and promote communication skills of officers.
