Bakalářská práce se zabývá problémem návratu žen po mateřské a rodičovské dovolené na trh práce. Teoretická část je věnována popisu situace českých žen na trhu práce a nástrojů ke skloubení rodinného a profesního života žen v České republice. Je rozebrána zaměstnanost žen v ČR, znevýhodnění žen na trhu práce způsobené genderovými stereotypy, a jsou popsány nástroje ke zvýšení šancí žen na trhu práce jako je aktivní politika zaměstnanosti či projekty Evropského sociálního fondu. Je zde popsáno nastavení rodičovského příspěvku, situace ohledně institucí poskytujících péči o děti předškolního věku a možnosti flexibilního zaměstnání v ČR. Práce se také zabývá převážně tradičním rozdělením rolí v české rodině, které také ovlivňuje situaci českých žen na trhu práce. Praktická část je zaměřena na otázku, jestli a jakým způsobem pociťují ženy po rodičovské dovolené znevýhodnění na trhu práce; zda se setkávají s diskriminací a jak jsou spokojeny s podmínkami harmonizace rodinného a profesního života v ČR. The Bachelor?s thesis deals with the problems of women returning to the labour market after a maternity and parental leave. The theoretical part of the thesis describes the situation of Czech women on the labour market and the instruments to fit together family and professional life of women in the Czech Republic. It analyzes the level of employment of women in the Czech Republic, how women are put at a disadvantage on the labour market as a result of gender stereotypes and describes the instruments to strengthen the chances of women on the labour market such as active employment policy or European Social Fund projects. This part also describes the regulation of parent's allowances, situation regarding institution providing care for preschool-age children and flexible employment opportunities in the Czech Republic. The thesis also deals with the predominantly traditional division of roles in a Czech family which also affects the situation of Czech women on the labour market. The practical part focuses on the issue of whether and how the women after parental leave perceive disadvantage on the labour market; whether they experience discrimination and how they are satisfied with the conditions of harmonization of family and professional life in the Czech Republic.
