Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na úzkostné poruchy z biologického a psychologického pohledu. Cílem práce je postihnout úzkostné projevy v celé jejich šíři. Pozornost je věnována jak prožívání jedince, tak tělesným projevům při úzkosti. Téma se nevyhýbá ani procesům probíhajícím uvnitř těla úzkostného jedince, kterých si není vědom. Práce je rozdělena do dvou hlavních kapitol, první je literárně - přehledová část, druhou pak návrh výzkumu. Ten se věnuje sociální fobii a jejím projevům na fyziologické úrovni. Zřetel je brán na aktivaci specifických mozkových oblasti, hladinu vyplaveného kortizolu, stejně tak na prožívání během vyšetření. For this reason, thesis focuses on psychological and physical symptoms of anxiety. Topic contains unconscious symptoms manifesting inside of a man. Thesis is divided into two main parts. First one consists of literature review, the second one consists of experiment design. Experiment design deals with physiological symptoms of social phobia.
