Diplomová práca sa zaoberá návrhom elektronického obchodu spoločnosti ĽUDOVO-UMELECKÉ ČIČMANY, s. r. o. pri expanzii na český trh v on-line prostredí. Práca je tvorená na základe teoretických východísk, kde sú bližšie priblížené základné pojmy spojené s tvorbou web stránok elektronického obchodu, ale aj charakteristiky jednotlivých čiastkových analýz, ktoré sú následne spracované v analytickej výskumnej časti. Na základe zhrnutých výsledkov jednotlivých analýz je následne vytvorený konkrétny návrh rozširujúceho sa elektronického obchodu na český trh, ktorý zabezpečí expanziu obchodných aktivít vybranej spoločnosti do zahraničia. The master thesis deals with the design of the electronic commerce of the company ĽUDOVO-UMELECKÉ ČIČMANY, Ltd. when expanding to the Czech market in the on-line environment. The thesis is created on the basis of theoretical starting points, where the basic concepts associated with the creation of e-commerce websites, as well as the characteristics of individual sub-analyses, which are subsequently processed in the analytical research part, are processed closer. Based on the summarized results of the individual analyses, a specific proposal for expanding electronic commerce to the Czech market is subsequently created, which will ensure the expansion of the selected company's business activities abroad.
