[eng][cze]
This bachelor thesis aims to design and create project documentation for a residential building located in Brno-venkov (Líšen). The building consists of two separate flat units in each floor above basement. Each floor features symmetrical flats that are identical in layout and design. The basement area serves primarily as storage space, including cellars, a technical room, a laundry area with boiler, and toilets. The structural elements of the building encompass load-bearing walls and partitions made of lime sand blocks, complemented by reinforced concrete slabs. The roof design adopts a flat configuration. Throughout the project, careful consideration is given to the architectural and functional aspects, ensuring that the building harmoniously integrates with the surrounding locality. translate this paragraph to czech language
