Práce se zaobírá skládkováním a skládkami, popisuje jednotlivé kategorie skládek jako i podmínky provozování a následnou péči po ukončení činnosti. Se skládkami jsou spojeny i zákony, vyhlášky a směrnice, které jsou blíže popsané v následující práci. V nich jsou definované i základní pojmy o skládkování. V práci je zmínka o statistice skládek v České a Slovenské republice a porovnání nakládání odpadů v rámci Evropské unie. Práce ale především pojednává o černých skládkách v obci Malé Leváre. Monitoruje jejich lokality, velikost a složení odpadů. Blíže popisuje lokalitu a rozebírá příčiny vzniku v této obci. Na závěr jsou uvedeny návrhy na zlepšení situace v obci v oblasti odpadů. The thesis deals with the landfilling and landfill sites, describes the different categories of landfills as well as the conditions for the carry on and care after the activity. Landfill's and associated laws, regulations and directives, which are further described in following thesis. In this laws are defined and basic terms about landfilling. In this thesis are also mentioned statistics landfills in the Czech and Slovak Republics and comparison of waste management in the European Union. Thesis particularly discusses illegal landfills in Malé Leváre. It monitors their location, size and composition of waste. Thesis describes location and causes of generation in this village. Finally there are mentioned suggestions for improving the situation in the village of waste.
