Bakalářská práce se zabývá patogeny na minoritních ovocných dřevinách – maliníku, ostružiníku a rybízu, které jsou významné v ČR i v zahraničí, a mohou výrazně ovlivnit výnosy. Dále se zabývá ochranou proti těmto patogenům. Stručně charakterizuje jednotlivé druhy a jejich patogeny se zabývá hlouběji. Pokus byl zaměřen na vyhodnocení napadení neošetřovaných rostlin rostoucích bez jakýchkoli chemických zásahů. Napadení bylo vyhodnocováno průběžně. Jedenkrát za čtrnáct dní byly odebrány vzorky – převážně listy, které byly poté v laboratoři přezkoumány pod lupou a mikroskopem, a byly z nich určeny patogeny. Byly určeny tyto patogeny – šedá hniloba malin, žlutá rzivost ostružiníku a sloupečková rez rybízu. Na závěr byla navržena ochrana proti určeným patogenům. This bachelor’s thesis discusses the problematics of pathogens in berry plants – specifically the raspberries, black berries and currants – and focuses on widespread pathogens, that attack the plants in the Czech Republic and abroad and significantly affect yield. It also contains information regarding the plant protection against these pathogens. The characteristics of particular species were outlined and their pathogens described more closely. The experiment aims to evaluate the extent of the pathogen attack in untreated plants, growing with no chemical intervention. The effect of the pathogen was monitored during the experiment. The samples – mainly the leaf samples – were taken with an interval of 14 days between each other to be looked at through a magnifying glass and viewed under a microscope in the laboratory. The following pathogen species were detected – the gray mold of raspberry, the yellow rust of blackberry and the White pine blister rust. The conclusion of the thesis includes a suggestion of a possible plant protection against the detected pathogens.
